NCC Approved Workshop

We are members of the NCC Approved Workshop Scheme and are recognised as a company which invests heavily in staff training. Our dedicated workshop team is fully trained having attended a variety of courses from all the major manufacturers and have all the necessary qualifications and skills to work on your caravan or motorhome. The vast majority of our customers return to us year after year due to our customer service.

Annual Servicing

We recommend that your motorhome is inspected annually. Our inspection consists of a comprehensive multi-point check to full NCC guidelines which includes the gas system, electrical systems, plumbing and a full damp check and report. Our workshops are approved warranty repair agents for Auto-Trail, Roller Team and Swift Group products. As authorised repairers for these manufacturers we can provide a full warranty backed repair facility with access to genuine spare parts.

Accessory and part fitting

We are fully approved for warranty or insurance repairs with specialist knowledge and experience in: heating and damp repairs, shower tray, sink and boiler services. Plus, full exterior body work including window fitting. If you’re looking to upgrade your motorhome, we also offer a full suit of accessories and fitting for recognised brand names including: gas low systems, awnings & bike racks from Fiamma & Thule, Reversing Aids and so much more.

Our service facilities

Exciting News…. We have been working tirelessly over recent months to bring you even more convenience and customer service with our new Service Centre & Shop located closely to our Sales Centre with full wash down facilities to ensure your serviced motorhome is returned looking clean and fresh as new. We also have courtesy cars available as required, but please note these need to be booked in advance. We have 4 NCC approved service bays with facilities for vehicles up to 33ft /10m long, all staffed by our trained and qualified professional service team.
